Is support@virtualisoftware.com address valid?

I have sent an e-mail about reactivation problem but no reply yet.

Yes, of course it is, but before complaining about "no reply yet", always allow at least 24 hours. You sent a first email in the evening, and you already sent a solicit in the middle of the night.

You'll be surely replied to as soon as possible.
