Title: Jetway glass is super reflective

I fly in FSX and bought the expansion of gsx since I was excited by the idea of being able to see the passengers boarding the plane. The problem, I can barely see through the jetways. I already tried all the glass jetways of all sizes and it is the same story, the reflection of the crystals is very strong and does not let me see the passengers clearly. Is there a way to remove the reflection from the crystals to make them more transparent?

postscript: In the photo that I attach, the jetway is full of passengers but for the same thing that I say, they cannot be seen.

There's no way to do that by yourself, we might have a look at it.

Thank you very much for responding. I hope there is a way to solve it since this program is really great. :D I'll be on the lookout for an answer from you.  :)
