I just received an error while running the live updater. A file named Qlmlicenselib.dll could not be downloaded?

It must be your antivirus, blocking a .DLL just because it's an executable. Configure the antivirus to exclude the entire Addon Manager folder from scanning, and run the Live Update again.

If that doesn't work, try again after a Windows restart.

Tried to restart and nothing, still wont download the dll

I'm sorry, but it works normally here.

- Restart Windows

- Manually delete the Qlmlicenselib.dll from the Addon Manager\Couatl folder

- Try the Live Update again

I also have this issue. I followed your steps including disabling AVG and it's not working - Never had this issue before.

Hi,
The updater is freezing on the 'QlmLicense.dll.manifest' file download. On some instances the downloads have jumped (or produced an error box) this and I believe that my system is probably up to date, but of course I would like to know that everything is in order.

Hi, I now realise other users have the same issue. Have tried the suggested fixes, but without success.

I'm sorry, but I cannot reproduce the problem:

- Restart Windows

- Be ABSOLUTELY sure you have added the whole Addon Manager folder to the antivirus Exclusion

- Be ABSOLUTELY sure your firewall is not blocking the Live Updater.

- Try the Live Update again, after a Windows restart.

If still doesn't work, manually delete all the following files from the Addon Manager\Couatl folder:

Qlmlicenselib.dll
Qlmlicenselib.dll.manifest
QlmLicenseWizard.exe

and run the FSDT Live Update again.

Use VPN and start the fsdt live updater again
