Title: License activation after harware change

Hi I'm using Prepar3d V4 and after a recent hardware change (I swapped out my motherbaord) my GSX can't be activated anymore. Before I changed my hardware I had GSX activated and working normally on the latest version, however after trying to use my current license key to re-activate, the application I'm putting my key into just says it's invalid. I don't own level 2 either.

All questions related to activation should always been made using the support EMAIL, not on the forum, for the obvious reason that we cannot continue anymore here, since my next question would have been "what's your activation key ?", which clearly cannot be discussed in public.
