Title: GSX Update?

I am using p3d v4.5,

and today I got an update, I ran the live update it did update a few things, may I know the changelog for v4.5?

That's what the "read the release notes" in the Live Update notification menu is meant for. You can even check it again, after the update is installed, by selecting "Check Live Update" from the Couatl menu.
