Title: Why is nobody responding to my problem?

Hey,

I have send twice an email to Virtuali, no response, I posted here, no response...

GSX has worked before, now it's not working, with LVL2, I'm getting frustrated it's a nice product, and I want to use it in these times...

why is nobody replying to my email... which is this.

Dear FSDT,

I have bought GSX Level 2 expansion and ofcourse the original GSX version 1, now I want to activate this product through the Addon Manager, but once I put in the activation key, nothing happends...

I tried the activation key with GSX original and Level 2... but it doens't work... I even rebooted my PC...
Can someone please help me?

Please don't post anything related to activation on forum. And, especially, don't post on forum asking why you haven't being replied to, during weekends or holidays ( Easter, in this case ), since it should have been pretty obvious why you haven't.

You'll be obviously replied to during standard business opening hours.
