Title: How to move up and down in the Aircraft Editor?

When i am setting door positions in the Aircraft editor i can't move up or down but i can move forward, backword and left and right, what is the command for up and down? I am usuing this in P3D V4

GSX Manual, Page 55, the table the sums all the keys used while editing airplane doors:

Raise Door (Blue axis) Slew Up Quickly F4
Lower Door (Blue axis) Slew Down Quickly F1

They move quick or slow, depending if precision mode ( NumPad 5 ) is enabled or not.
