Title: The tanker is standing still
Post by: dron960 on March 30, 2020, 10:00:24 pm
There was a problem. The refueling is over, the tanker's crew has removed the hoses and got into the cab, and the tanker is standing still. Because of this, the baggage cannot be loaded until it leaves. What to do?

Sorry, but it's impossible to tell you why the tanker is still, looking a screenshot. Of course it's "still" there, it's a screenshot...

What you should do, instead, is provide with the precise, exact, sequence of operations you did, including indicating which airplane you used.

Airbus A-330 Aircraft. The sequence of operations was first called by the tanker, then passengers boarding. With respect.

Please refer to Aerosoft (support or documentation), since they have a precise procedure to use GSX, which must be followed, because the airplane can call the GSX services on its own.

Exactly the same problem with the B747. Refueling is over, and the tanker is standing still. The sequence of actions first filling then the passengers. With respect.
