Title: No passengers at some airports

hello.
When I fly with Carenado ATR 72-500 I not se no bus or passengers pick up or leave.  However the truck drives to the aircraft with luggage or collects luggage.  This happens among other things at the airports Landvetter (Göteborg) and a new Scandinavian Mountain airport i Sweden. What is wrong?

That airplane is not included in GSX. If you want to use an unsupported airplane, you must first create a GSX configuration with it, using the included airplane configuration editor.

If you don't do that, nothing will basically work. The most important part is setting all the doors positions and heights correctly, and all the variables that controls them.
