Title: Intermittent Audible Prompt for Catering Vehicles

What would cause the audible prompt from GSX that the catering vehicles are in place and waiting for door open or close to not work? My audio settings appear to be correct. I hear the motion warning from the jetbridge when it's moving, and other environmental sounds are also working.

For me this seems to be fairly random and not specific to a certain aircraft (that I can tell).

GSX doesn't control your audio device. If you audio device is the correct one, it will work or not, depending if your audio device supports OpenAL.

In some cases, Windows itself changes the volume of the application because there'a focus on other events like notifications, and this might mislead users GSX has a problem with audio, because Windows has turned it down the volume due to a notification of another app.
