Title: Access key not recognized

Goodmorning everyone.  After putting the gsx base access key, it is by activating the with the manager.  Clicking ctrl f12 tells me I'm in trial.  I also purchased an expansion but if the gsx base does not recognize me, it does not even recognize the gsx2 extension.  I tried to write to the support, but I still haven't received the reply.  Thank you

You have been replied by email, twice, the first time last week, when you first emailed, the 2nd time today.
