Title: Faults that need to be fixed

I'm using gsx lvl 2 and still, there are some issues since previous versions. List below
-Not possible to select "operate jetway/stairs" after pressing the pushback option. And no the jetway in most airports does not operate automatically when pressing pushback after boarding. Airports noticed, flytampa EHAM and uk2000 egll egkk
-When pressing the option "stop here" during pushback the truck speeds up and does not stop.
-Not possible to "pause" the pushback
-Sometimes the marshaller stays very far away from the pushback car when it stops.. why??
