Title: Activation failed

My activation code can no longer be activated because I have reinstalled my system. I sent an email for help, but I didn't get a reply

If you already e-mailed them, there's not much else you can do other than wait.

You have been emailed back several times, clearly explaining why your serial number couldn't be activated anymore.
