Title: GSX and Level 2 Problem

Hi,

Have just upgraded my computer and followed de-activation/re-activation guidance. On some flights both programs work 100%. On other flights various controls (throttle function, auto-throttle function) do not work. Also GSX and Level 2 also keep degrading back to 'Trial Mode' When this happens I cannot enter the activation keys and have to restart P3Dv4.

I have de-activated my products, then re-activated them using my two key codes (backed up on my PC). However the programs still eventually revert to trial mode. I have obviously done something wrong. How can I correct this?

GSX cannot possibly have any effect on joystick or other controls so, whatever is happening, is not caused by GSX.

Maybe you ( or another add-on ) is setting a wrong compatibility mode for the simulator, which explains both why GSX goes in Trial and why ( unrelated to GSX ) controls are not working, since it's likely using a different set of preference files, which is what happens when setting a wrong Compatibility mode, like XP or Windows 7 under Windows 10, etc.
