Title: Need to deactivate on old PC and reactivate on new PC

Guys,

I have posted this question in GSX forum. +++ No one has answered me++++++++

Please can someone advise. I have emailed FSdreamteam but again no reply.

I purchased GSX and then GSX L2 and installed onto my old pc. all working great.

I have now purchased a new PC and didnt realise I had to decativate the software. On my old PC I completed reformatted all hard drives and reinstalled windows.

On my new PC I have installed P3d V4.5 and installed GSX and L2. i went to activate GSX L2 and it wont allow me to stating it is still active on my old PC

How do I continue please

Of course "nobody has answered", you emailed during the weekend, do you always work 24/7 ?

And yes, of course you have been replied to by email and by forum too now, indicating something that was also in the FAQ page of our site, a link to the Self Help site which has several features, including the Deactivation of a license when you run out of activations.
