Title: bad registration key?

So I bought GSX the other night from a vendor and the product key I received keeps telling me that the product key is invalid, who do I need to talk to about getting them validated or a new product key?

Did you buy GSX oder Level 2 or both? They are separate products and they have to be activated separately. So if you own a GSX Key and enter it in the Level2 filed, it will tell you it's wrong. I am quite sure that the key is ok, but you have entered it in the wrong product page. If you want to use GSX Level 2, you also have to buy GSX and enter that code as well, to make it work.
