Title: Jetways are Floating

Hi,
So I just bought the GSX bundle and I am figuring out roughly how it works.
I was wondering How do I get the Jetways to stop floating above the ground?
And how do I open the GSX settings menu?

Most likely an altitude conflict caused by another scenery ( Orbx ? ). Try to adjust the ground altitude in GSX, by entering the parking customization page, and click the small airplane icon on the top right where it says "Ground Elevation".
