Title: US-type Catering Trucks on european airports

Hello,

since one of the last updates I often get US-Type catering trucks on european airports.
(Besides that the program works really well, thanks for this great addon.)

I agree. Catering + some deicings are US trucks which are rearly seen on german/european airports :D
