I no longer can adjust the vertical positions of the doors with the Q and Z keys in the aircraft customization 3D editor. The arrow keys (fwd/back and left/right) still work.

Q/Z were never used in the *Airplane* customization page. They are only used to increase/decrease the height of a Docking System in the *Parking* customization page.
As indicated in the key summary at Page 55 of the GSX manual, F1 and F4 keys are used to Lower/Raise Doors when editing an airplane, and they go fast or slow depending if Coarse/Precision mode is active ( toggled with NumPad 5 )

You know, with the program having grown to become so far-reaching and complex, and with 69 pages of documentation, an index or table of contents at the beginning would be very helpful...it's a real bear scanning through the manual looking for anything specific.
