Safegate does not want to work with the new EMBRAER V3 E-Jets E170, E190, E175, E195 FeelThere
-
Not to hi-jack this thread but also related to this plane- I cannot for the life of me get the correct tug type to spawn. I've tried all of the tweaks related to the parking radius. The gross weight of the aircraft should spawn the small tug, but it spawns the large tug, which ends up colliding with the nose because the plane is so low (needs a pushback bar).
-
Could you please tell me the airplane weight when you called the pushback ?
-
Somewhere around 92,000 lbs. I think I emptied out some fuel and passengers and tried it around 78,000 but same thing.

In that case, it's simply not possible you would see anything other than the smallest pushback truck, since all the others have constraints of at least 100.000 lbs of minimum weight to appear and some of them even higher.

This is what I'm seeing.

I can only repeat and confirm it cannot happen so, the only possible explanation is, the airplane weight wasn't the one you said it was.
Could be this specific airplane is using a custom flight model, so it doesn't use the standard airplane weight varialble, but something internal, which GSX can't use. Do you see the small truck if you load a default airplane and set its payload to have its gross weight under 100 K lbs ?
-
I see the small tug on other aircraft. I’ve also seen the same wrong tug used on this plane on a YouTube video so it must be something with this aircraft. I’ve even used the (outside of P3D) payload manager in this plane to make it lighter than 100k lbs but same thing happens.

Any update on the Safegate ID Fail? Just got the E175/E195 with SP1 and im getting this message.
-
hello, i have the same problem and updated to the latest version, any plan to fix this?

It's not clear what do you mean with "same problem", because two are discussed here:
- the safegate ID fail
OR
- the pushback truck of the wrong size
-
The safe dock id fail is my problem with the feelthere Ejet v3, thats what I’m talking about and is the name of the topic.
-
Any Fix for the safe Dock id fail for feelthere ejets v3?
-
Well is there a fix for this I mean the Id fail for Ejets? Or does anybody knows a support page for GSX?
-
Any response from the support team? I think this topic is being ignored.
-
We'll have a look at it as soon we don't have anything more important to work on.
-
Hello anybody there? Any developer to fix this?

Look up one post before yours, you'll see this:

Sorry, didnt saw the post above, thanks ;D

Well the FSDT is too busy to fix the costumer problems, they are solving "more important things" than that, so i want to share the fix for this bug that Matty260191 found. you have to change the Atc model= E-190 to E190, in the aircraft Cfg file.
here is the link of the post.

So that wasn't a "GSX bug" after all. It was an error in the aircraft.cfg. The atc model line has been a standard since FS9, and it mostly conform to the ICAO aircraft type. GSX obviously respects that, assuming that since there is a standard, airplane developers would follow it:
Standard ICAO code for the Embraer 190 is, of course E190, without the dash:
https://www.icao.int/publications/DOC8643/Pages/Search.aspx
And the same standard is followed by FS9, FSX, P3D:
http://woodair.net/Flight_Sim/data/FS_Aircraft_Codes.htm
Even if they don't have the E190 in this list, not a single airplane in this list use a dash in the atc model line. Because, again, that's how the ICAO standard works.
