Title: Incorrect crew boarding/deboarding sequence

Hi,
The crew boards just before passengers. This is unrealistic. Can you implement standalone selection for crew boarding before catering and crew deboarding after passenger deboarding.

As explained many times on the forum, pilot/crew control is already possible, but it's controlled by airplane developers, since many of the high-end airplane addons everybody use already have some kind of pilot crew handling, so we decided to do it this way, so users won't be confused by setting a crew of, let's say, 5 and seeing only 4 crew in GSX.
