Title: GSX services not available

I recently installed GSX services.  They work fine for FSDT airports and other payware airports.  When I try to use the GSX at other freeware airports at clearly defined heavy gates I'm told they're not available as gate too small. 
ie Ray Smith products.  Any thoughts?
