Title: GSX Level 2 suddenly No Sounds

Hi,

I notice a number of people have reported this problem and inexplicably I am now suffering from it as well.

The only thing that has changed from when the sound worked in GSX is Windows Updates. I understand from comments that the developers confirm that the sound has not been changed for a long time.
I have tried all the suggestions I can find in here, plus I have verified my Audio drivers and setup are working and as they have been for the last year.

Could someone help me to diagnose what the issue might be as I am completely stuck with it.

Hi Umberto,

Thanks for your reply. I will work through the links you sent me and see how I get on.

I didn't explain in the first message, all other things that require audio on my system work fine. GSX is the only silent product.

I am starting with downloading the latest Realtek drivers for the onboard sound and see where that takes me, but clearly something has been changed during one of the routine Windows updates.
