Title: Resetting Key

Hi,

I've just upgraded to a new PC system and when trying to active GSX it won't let me because it says my key is activated on my old system still. Unfortunately I no longer have access to my old system to uninstall gsx or deactivate the key, is there something I can do to have the key rest so I can activate it on my new system?

I'm thinking you'll need to e-mail support since they'll likely need your order information and other information that really shouldn't be disclosed on a public forum.
