Title: Disable marshaller staircase for all airports and parkings by default

And yes, i know, that sometimes marshaller can be too close.

umberto, i dont want to see marshaller standing on the stairs even if his position is too close to the cockpit. it looks weird. i can bend towards with my ezdok camera system to see him better.
