Title: Collisions during parking customization
Post by: Freccia on November 11, 2019, 04:58:03 pm
Hi, I would like to solve an annoying problem.
When I try to personalize the parking lots in the airport, passing from one to the other, it often happens that (with P3D v4.5) my airplane collides with something what - at that moment - is in the parking lot that I want to customize. The problem is that it does not always happen, only sometimes; in fact many times, even if the parking lot is already occupied, I can very well do the customizations and my airplane does not collide with what - at that moment - occupies the parking lot. I don't understand the reason for such collisions. Sometimes my airplane collides with other airplanes, sometimes with buses, and other types of surface media and, of course, whenever this happens P3D resets itself to the default scenario.

This is my situation in realism options and, as you can see, this should not happen.

Can you help me solve the problem?

Thanks.

Turn crash detection off. It's not really the best anyhow, especially when these sceneries aren't necessarily perfect, so you could have invisible holes or even walls in the scenery.
