Title: Adding and Removing of stairs in GSX Customization

Dear Ladies and Gents,

while working in Helsinki, I was trying to add stairs for the lh rear door. However, the stair position is shown, but no stair. How can I add the stair?

If some stairs don't appear, it can be caused by either of these:

- your airplane doesn't have a door configured for that kind of stair

OR

- your airplane have a door configured, but it's too low or too high for any of the supplied stair models to be used

OR

- you have checked the "disable stairs" option in the GSX parking customization page for that gate.
