Title: Update Question

I have many FSDT airports and GSX as well running with P3D latest version.  I notice I get an alert to install updates about every 2-3 weeks.  Is FSDT really making monthly updates, or am I seeing the same message over and over again?
Is there any way to tell if I have the latest updates?
