Title: Jetways missing

At the default KDEN  all the jetways are missing. When I use GSX it says the jetway is working but it still doesn't show.

Be sure you don't have a GSX customization file for that airport you made before GSX L2. If you have, remove it.

How can I tell and if it's there how do I remove it. I got GSX and GSX2 at the same time.

Check if you have an .INI file with a name that starts with KDEN in your %APPDATA%\Virtuali\GSX fodler, and remove it.
