Title: Unable To Select Passenger Numbers Since Yesterday's Update

Since the GSX update on 11 Oct, GSX ignores user passenger settings in GSX > Settings > Simulation: Estimate Passenger Numbers

Makes no difference if the option is selected or not, GSX selects number of passengers
