Title: GSX menu - "No stairs available"

Hi,

congrats to the new release v2.7.1!

Can you do a little adjustment?
If the stairscases are disabled in the airport position menü the GSX menü dialog still shows "Operate stairs".
Would be great if this changes to "No Stairs available" as this is already implemented with the jetways.

We'll look into it but, keep in mind that "Disable stairs" doesn't disable all stairs, just the rear one, to simulate different airports that might use different method ( stairs or vehicles ) to have the cleaning crew boarding the airplane.
