After landing the 737, I choose a terminal with gates showing available, but when I go to choose a stand, only 1 gate shows up and it states that it is too small. I try another terminal and same thing. I've done this with no ai and the airport empty.
If I just park at a gate without asking for it, all the GSX services work fine. Not if I request it in advance.

You must have a conflicting scenery. Check the GSX customization page, to see the name of the AFCAD used by GSX, which should give you an hint which scenery is conflicting.

This is what I got, Chicago Helipad, what is that?
I'm at gate K20 at KORD.

As the pathname indicates, the conflicting file comes from Trafficglobal, and it's an Helipad which is inside the KORD area. GSX obviously have a way to deal with this, explained in the GSX manual at page 25, the chapter named:
"Auxiliary airports/helipads/seaplane bases"
in your case, adding this line:
airport_visibility_JFKC = 0
to the GSX section of the Couatladdons.ini file, should prevent this airport to interfere with KORD.

Thanks Umberto, everything is fine now. I must have had a similar problem like this before cause I had some entries for other airports. Thanks again for taken the time to tell me to READ the manuel;)
