Title: Disable Ambulance

Must have missed it in the manual, but how can I disable the ambulance?  It's there every time I start a FSDT airport and never seems to stop.

We don't have any ambulances in any of our sceneries or GSX by the way.

Usually a hospital.

You don't have any separate add-on that rates your landings or provides passenger sounds do you. I was thinking if your last landing (controlled crash) might have been a bit heavy and the program despatched an ambulance?
