Hi, after updating my GSX (level 1+2), I loaded up FSX and as it loaded, it asked me if I wanted to run different couatl DLL files and I said run and to always run these files. Once I got into the sim, GSX had not loaded and when I went into my addons operating on the top bar, neither couatl or GSX was there. I clicked on the addon manager and went down to GSX to re-enter in my log in details but a message came up telling me that I had to configure an antivirus then run the live update so I did, it didn't work so I reinstalled GSX with my firewall off (the only sort of antivirus I have) and still didn't work. I was wondering if any of you know anything about this issue as it is bugging be not being able to use the addon. Thank you! :)

Do you mean you saw the request from FSX to trust newly installed executables ? If yes, you were supposed to see TWO requests:
- One for the Couatl Scripting engine, which is an .EXE file
- One for the Adddon Manager, which is a .DLL
Have you seen both ? Have you trusted both of them ?

It seems you are missing the default windows hosts file (not normal, every standard windows install has one ). The easiest fix is to create an empty one yourself.
It's a file just named "hosts" with no file extension, located in C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc
