Title: Activation Code

Hi, I have recently reloaded all of my flight sim software, including GSX and Level 2 Expansion, to a new computer. I was able to activate GSX, but I apparently do not have the correct activation key to activate the Level 2 product, which I had purchased, installed and used on a previous computer. The add-ons selection on my sim states that the product is on my new computer, but requires activation. I tried using the same license key as GSX, but it did not work. The prompt then stated that if I supplied my email address then an activation code would be sent to me. I did that, but all I received from your support group was a blank email, with no content. Please assist.

The problem must your email client, which might have a problem with standard emails in html. Try reading the email with webmail and a browser.
