Your .NET is very old, try to download a later one from Microsoft:

I tried to install thi framework's version but the program stops to work with this message ( see the photo), I seen framework's version with regedit.

I'm sorry, but I cannot reproduce the problem, and nobody else reported it. Have you tried reinstalling GSX ?
