Title: Custom Textures (Jetways) Not Saving

Hi Umberto,

I just need your assistance please.

I have sourced accurate airport signs for YSSY, YMML and YBBN.

Seemingly, GSX has accepted these (I have reformatted them in jpg format 512 x 128 and no base color) and they display correctly on my Jetways when I choose them and install them.

However, when I exit P3D v4.5 Client (4.4 Content) and re-start P3D or just switch airports in the same P3D session (between YBBN and YMML) the signs have been replaced with a generic "Jet Aviation" sign for all Jetway gates.

The appdata GSX > texture> jetway logo folder contains the formatted dds file for each sign and rules.cfg

The appdate GSX > folder contains the ini files for each and I've inspected them and they all display the correct sign name

Any idea what I may be doing wrong and how to resolve it?

Not possible to help you without looking at both your .INI file, and the complete structure of your %APPDATA%\texture folder.  Make a .ZIP containing both and send it to the support email.
