Title: GSX jetways into the air
Post by: cirurgiao on July 25, 2019, 12:15:03 am
Hello
Just customize airport positions (RPLL) and added 2 jetways to gate 11 (no default working jetway). They worked but they are into the air.
Unfortunately can't add printscreen saved.

Are the other Jetways in the air as well? If yes, you could use the Correct Elecation Feature (there is an Icon with an airplane on it somewhere) and try if that will fix it. If it's only the new ones, then I have no idea.

Scenery is Pacsim`s RPLL (static jetway) and I got info that developers won't update it since they are wating for MSFS2020.
I went to GSX options and created 2 jetways each in 2 gates and worked just fine. Trouble is that all 4 are suspended in the air. I saw that there was an airplane icon in the top right side of GSX window and value was different but I confess that didn't want to take an action that could give me trouble beyond my knowledge so I posted it here.
And since you were kind to answer can you explain what that feature does imply?
Many tks

That would be for the airport elevation. You may click it and see if that solves your issue.

At the bottom of the thread, hit Reply, hit Additional Options, and it gives you the option to do that.
