Here we are again. Since update I have not been able to get my VA as an option at my hub airports. Ive written and rewritten Sim.cfg and still can not get it. My repaints show up correctly, but not my VA. Cant send file....too big

You don't say which simulator you use. On P3D4, with the latest update, the Paintkit is not required and not supported anymore, and shouldn't be used.

That's normal. If you use the VA override, the custom operator will be the only choice available so, obviously, no need to display an operator choice menu when only one choice is available.

I'm not sure I understand the problem. Are you TRYING to use your VA as the ground handling operator? If so, by selecting "Override Parkings Airline codes", you've made it, so the only choices are whatever you put in the box. Since you only have one operator in there, it doesn't give you a choice of operators. If you had two operators in there, it would let you choose between the two.

Here is the problem. If you looked at my zip file....u will see I have my own operator FJA. it doesn't show up at all. When I used the override....it still doesn't show up.
Ex: KPDX is one of my hubs. with or without override it doesn't even show up. I made all the changes necessary. all my vehicles are correct and appears but the operator doesn't show up.
That is the problem. Maybe ive missed a step. thats why i put my folder here for someone to tell me what Im doing wrong

Okay, so when you use the virtual airlines override function, you are basically telling GSX that the only operators you want to see available are the ones that are in the box. According to your screenshot, the only operator in the box is FJA. Therefore, you won't have the pop-up box that allows you to select the operator because you only HAVE one operator, which is FJA. The vehicles showed up, as evidenced in your screenshot, so once again, I'm not sure what the issue is. If you had a second operator in the box, you would get the pop-up box with your only two choices being the two that you had in the box.

Sorry, it either still gives the box, or just uses ATS as my override.
So I unchecked that override box.....now it gives me my VA for the catering but not for operations
