Title: Wrong boarding on Carenado ATR72

hello.
I have Carenado new aircraft ATR 72. Boarding works not good. Crew , pilot and all passengers  rising not up on stair without  goes on the ground during the aircraft. What is wrong?

Have you properly customized the airplane, with all doors sets correctly ?

How can I do for the passengers not walking under the aircraft? I can not either se any  baggage loaded in cargodoor on ATR 72.

By setting the doors at the correct height.
