good day
i ve started a topic in cartayna section, but unfortunally the problem is not related to his work.
So i ve made a video today at LSGG airport
The problem appear when a jetway is replaced by a GSXL2 model at all my airports
the link on youtube
thanks

I tried it, and I cannot replicate the problem. Both with a default airplane, and with the FS Labs A319-X, latest version 400.
The thing I noticed in your video, is that after you select Boarding, the jetway moves immediately, when instead you are supposed to see another menu that select which door you want to dock to. Is it possible the FS Labs plane is controlling the jetway too as part of the GSX integration ?
Does the jetway work if you just select "Operate Jetways" ?

"Does the jetway work if you just select "Operate Jetways" ?"
No the problem is the same
the stand alone manager isn't available?
-
No the problem is the same
Do you have the SODE menu visible under the "Addons" menu of the sim ?
the stand alone manager isn't available?
I don't understand this question, what's the stand-alone addon manager has anything to do with this, considering is not required since 2017, when we switched to this new Live Update system ?
-
Yes sode menu is visible
I ask that for the stand alone manager because i think you dont remember when gsxl2 were out i had some problem with gsx
This is a YouTube link
Use stand alone manager resolved this problem
So i ask me if my first problem and now are maybe related
-
Use stand alone manager resolved this problem
The thing the stand-alone addon manager do to "fix" problems in your system, like wrong registry settings, wrong permission settings, wrong compatibility setting, are all performed by the new Live Update as well. That's why I said the stand-alone addon manager is not required anymore, because I know it's not.
In any case, I cannot reproduce the problem here.
Is it possible you have enabled the "auto-dock" feature in SODE ? That's not compatible with GSX at this time.
-
I will Check it thanks
-
i ve just check what you asked me yesterday
auto dock was available, i put it to off and the problem is here
i decide to try in an airport where there aren't config LPPT.ini in C:\Users\frede\AppData\Roaming\Virtuali\GSX
A319X, request operate jetway, here no problem gsx ask which door the jetway could go and no problem
-
problem update
i partially resolved all my problems by uninstalling gsxl2 and all my fsdt airports and reinstall outside program files (x86), now addon manager is under D:\

That's strange, because I always install into program files (x86), to replicate the default situation for users, and I'm 100% sure we don't write anything into that folder, which could be a reason why the same program works from another folder but not from program files ( the program files folder is specially protected by Windows ), so there must be something else going on in your system, perhaps related to antivirus or other similar programs, which adds extra layers of protection to anything installed into program files.
But if that's works for you, that's fine.

now i need to find why gsx control panel can't exclude defaut jetway in some sceneries

If it's just for some sceneries, that can only be related to how they are made. Not all jetways can be excluded. If they are part of the terminal mesh, which is common for static jetways, they cannot be excluded with an Exclude file, and the only solution is to remove or edit the scenery itself.

maybe a little glitch with refuel truck type at any airports who this type is needed
and other
no personal config here

I don't fully understand you, please rewrite it more clearly. On parking in the open, like that one, it's normal the tanker will come instead of the hydrant. However, it should come from *behind* and not use the hydrant position.
-
as you can see in the picture i don't think this truck should be like that. what i say is when this truck is need for refueling i have a problem with it
this evening at paris T2G, no problem before this last release, see the fuel truck under the plane
A320X fslabs last update
thanks

That's because the airplane has no refuel point configured under the wing. Yes, of course, we can add it but, there is a reason why GSX has an aircraft configuration editor: so you can configure airplanes...
-
Same issue with start of P3DV45. Says use stand alone manager and something about GLC jetways not updated and then GSX not updated. This is after running the Live update twice.

Says use stand alone manager
It doesn't say "just" that, it ask you to open the error log, which is what you are supposed to do, to report errors to us, to understand what's happening.

well fslabs had erase it then , because before there last update i didn't have this problem...well i think :/

No, it's not there even in the default configuration that comes with GSX. As I've said, we'll add it as soon as possible, but it's very easy to add it yourself, in the meantime.
EDIT
The fuel point was missing from the internal GSX configuration for the FS Labs A320 only, the A319 was already in. The current update includes the A320 as well so, there's no need to set it manually now.

You are right
Last Time i reinstall gsxL2 i made a backup folder and i forget to put it at that place
I think it will be ok next time i will request refueling
-
good day
Since the last update my initial problem is back
example, lfpo airport gate T30 with cartayna config active with default jetway, all perform well with fslabs
at startup i request automatic deboarding, i receive a message from gsx where the jetway should go
now i use the same config but with default jetway sode off, at startup the gsxl2 jetway are loading, restart coualt and request deboarding but this time i don't have the message from gsx and the jetway go to the right.
i use the log from sode for triggering my problem, they show a problem, maybe you could help me
thanks
