I'm getting this error which crashes Couatl, then after game restart, Couatl or GSX won't show up in the addons list or on the dropdown, and in the in-game addon menu it says trial mode, with nothing happening when I click "Activate." I uninstalled, then reinstalled and it worked fine for several flights, then back to square 1.

Instead of that screenshot (we know what it looks like), you should have posted the actual error log content.
