Hi FsDreamteam,

I just updated my GSX LVL 2 - with the new major update u guys have! but unfornately it made my ground service invisble, i dont know how to solve the problem :/

Please clarify what do you mean with "invisible".

Literally everthing is invisible except, the 'man' and catering carts...

The trucks, stairs, pushback truck etx - it's all invisible..

Nothing to do with GSX, there must be something wrong with your sim. Try to recreate the shaders, by removing this folder:

%LOCALAPPDATA%\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\Shaders

Start the sim, and wait a couple of minutes for the black screen to go away.

I'm sorry, but a problem with video settings is the only possible reason for this problem. Could be you have settings too high for your video card, and it's short on video memory ?

Hi,

I'm sorry but no... I tried some different settings - and it's not my video setting etc... It worked perfectly with GSX 2 ... And its kindda fustrating..

What aircraft and airport are you trying to use GSX with? If you're trying to use a plane with only 1 or 2 doors (ex. F-22 F-16 Cessna C172) then that's normal GSX behavior as GSX doesn't spawn a loader or stair for a C172.

tried it with PMDG and A/S a320 family..
