Title: "Do you want to apply pending customizations?"

No, I don't, because I literally just opened the Customization window and haven't made any changes. Why do I keep getting this dialog prompt when I haven't done anything?

That's the first time ever someone reported this issue. Yes, normally, it should only appear if you changed something in a parking, and selected another one without Applying the previous changes.

It's been happening for a while now, at least since the last patch.

The last patch went in December, and nobody else reported it so far. I suggest waiting for the next update, since it has lots of changes to the customization page.
