Title: Clt and DFW elevation issues 4.5

CLT,MEM and DFW airports are not working in version 4.5.Jetbridges are sticking half way out of the ground with no buildings or runways.Attached is KCLT,all worked fine in 4.4 before the update.

All these scenery surely work in P3D 4.5, since there's nothing in that update that would cause any problems to them. Your problem seems just the usual issue of missing menus because the software hasn't started.

The thread named "Addon Manager not showing up in P3Dv4 **SOLVED**" thread lists all the known solutions for missing Addon Manager/Couatl menus under the Addon menu:

Also, you don't say if you installed GSX L2. All our latest sceneries requires GSX L2 installed (which of course is free there), otherwise they won't work.
