Are there any incompatibilities between the new Prepar3d version released today and FSDT products?

No problems with 4.5 ( which we have been testing for the past 3 months ).

And, in general, we are not bounded by the exact simulator version since the first 64 version of the software, because we don't do any in-memory hacking anymore, since the simulator provides us with everything we need to run our software with its native SDK.

After updating P3Dv4.4 to 4.5 do I need to take any action with your products?

When you update the sim, it will revert to default jetways, so on the next startup, default jetways would be back.

But GSX will tell you that with a message on the next startup, asking to use the GSX Control Panel, to disable default jetways again.

It doesn't matter, and the Live Update will NOT do what you will need to do when running P3D 4.5 for the first time.

What you need to do after running P3D 4.5 for the first time, is to follow what GSX will tell you, that is running the GSX Control Panel (which is NOT the Live Update), to disable default jetways which has been enabled by the simulator update. This is what GSX will tell you, and this is what you'll have to do. Nothing less, nothing more.

And yes, if you want to save a bit of time of exiting/re-entering the sim, you CAN run the GSX Control Panel (again, NOT the Live Update), to disable default jetways, before running the updated P3D for the first time. But it won't make any difference if you do it before or after, the only difference is that you'll save the time required to start the sim, read the message from GSX telling you to exit the sim to run the GSX Control Panel

Sorry but I have doubt about GSX control panel. Is it inside P3Dv4 Add-ons folder?

It's an icon on your Desktop.

Have 2 icons: Coatl_update & FSDT_LiveUpdate. There is no GSX Control Panel.

Assuming you installed GSX using the current full installer, which comes with GSX L2 feature, you can be sure the installer has placed a GSX Control Panel icon on your Desktop. If you can't see it, or you removed it, the program can be found under the Addon Manager\couatl\GSX folder.
