Title: Install error

I am a registered owner of GSX2 and all was fine prior to me building a new computer system.  At which time I am trying install the GSX2 program to my new system at which during the end of the install i get the following errors....

unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)   also get....

error - 1073741701 running c:\program files (x86) addon manager\coult\Coult.exe.

When I went to install this y firewall and Virus protection was off.   Could some one please advise.  This was a clean install as I replaced the CPU, Motherboard and hard Drives with a new registered Home version of Windows 10.

The error code seems to be a missing libraries problem. The thread named "Addon Manager not showing up in P3Dv4 **SOLVED**" thread lists all the known solutions for any missing libraries in your system, which prevents starting the software:
