Title: Couatl Scripting Engine Hasn't Started

I am getting the error that the "Couatl Scripting Engine hasn't started" due to antivirus message and cannot seem to fix it. I have tried everything from re-downloading and installing aster turning antivirus completely off to re-installing the all of the C++ files. I was wondering if anyone had any other suggestions on how to fix this issue?

The thread named "Addon Manager not showing up in P3Dv4 **SOLVED**" thread lists all the known solutions for any missing libraries:

Even if the title says P3D4, the solutions are valid for FSX as well.
