Title: GSX jetways not working for Airbus A340 500-600 series at default airport ksfo

my GSX is a demo and when ever i try using the jetways on the default airport KSFO for Airbus A340-500&600 series airplane it always tell me that there are no jetways that can operate at this position and i use gate heavy, is it because is a demo or there is something i need to do. please how can i edit it to work.
