Title: KCLT ground crew disappears when you call for the jetway

Umberto giveth, and Umberto taketh away.

I recently purchased KCLT and I love it. I was pleasantly surprised to see that whenever I started a flight at a KCLT gate there were airport personnel walking around in the gate area. But as soon as I call for the jetway the GSX vehicles appear, and the ground crew disappears. Can't they hang around until we're actually ready to leave?  ::)

This has been already asked and answered in the KCLT forum: it's caused by some changed in SODE 1.6.4, which we weren't aware of. Going back to 1.6.3 fixes the issue. We are checking why it happens.
